- ILHAM KESUMA: Berstruktur, Berbayar, Berkualiti (Internship Facilitation by TalentCorp)
ILHAM KESUMA is driven by its strategic components offered by TalentCorp which is the National Structured Internship Programme (MySIP) and Internship Placement Matching Grant for SMEs And Start-Ups (LiKES) by TalentCorp.
- MySIP internship provides Malaysian talents with a structured internship experience with MySIP-endorsed companies.
Talents are guaranteed to receive a minimum allowance of RM500 (or more!) from a MySIP company and will have an opportunity to obtain relevant exposure & training throughout the internship period
- LiKES by TalentCorp is an internship placement matching grant for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) companies and start-ups.
LiKES aims to provide financial support to SMEs and start-ups in Malaysia, encouraging them to nurture local talent through meaningful, structured, and paid internship programmes for students
- ILHAM KESUMA Antarabangsa: MyNext Mobility by TalentCorp:
- The transition from education to work can be a challenging phase for Malaysian young talents. This period marks a significant shift as they embark on their professional journeys armed with newly acquired skills and qualifications. Moreover, the realities of the labour market often present unexpected challenges that can impact their future career paths.
- International exposure plays a crucial role in equipping young talents with professional skills, broadening their knowledge, and enhancing their employability. - The MyNext Mobility programme is designed to support talented young Malaysians with high potential and skills, offering them the chance to immerse themselves in a dynamic global environment.
- MyNext Mobility offers two distinct tracks: MyNext Mobility Outbound Internship and MyNext Mobility Social Impact Project Programme
