Position: Admin Intern
Duration: Minimum 3 months preferred
Location: Penang or Selangor

Scope of Work

  • Assisting in office operations & maintenance, including coordination with vendors/service providers
  • Assisting in documentation & data management (filing, data entry, updating internal databases)
  • Supporting logistics & travel coordination (meetings, company activities, staff travel arrangements)
  • Providing departmental support to HR (onboarding documentation, attendance tracking) and Finance (basic invoice handling, expense tracking)
  • Handling procurement & communication duties (general enquiries, correspondence, office supplies, and inventory tracking)

Eligibility

  • Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
