Position: Admin Intern
Duration: Minimum 3 months preferred
Location: Penang or Selangor
Scope of Work
- Assisting in office operations & maintenance, including coordination with vendors/service providers
- Assisting in documentation & data management (filing, data entry, updating internal databases)
- Supporting logistics & travel coordination (meetings, company activities, staff travel arrangements)
- Providing departmental support to HR (onboarding documentation, attendance tracking) and Finance (basic invoice handling, expense tracking)
- Handling procurement & communication duties (general enquiries, correspondence, office supplies, and inventory tracking)
Eligibility
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to multitask
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
