Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and Nihon Superior (M) Sdn Bhd have officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to collaborate on the production of a robust Sn-0.7Cu-1.5Bi flux cored solder wire.
The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both organizations.

UniMAP Collaborates with MOFA for International Internship Program
Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) recently met with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to develop an international industry internship program. The discussion focused on student mobility processes, including visa requirements, bilateral agreements, and safety protocols. MOFA emphasized aligning the program with Malaysia’s international education policies and leveraging diplomatic channels to identify industry partners.

The mtg focused on various initiatives aimed at students, particularly those involving AI glasses and electric vehicle (EV) bikes. Devtar Singh provided an overview of the Smart AI glasses highlighting their advanced navigation features and the potential for a promotional trip to China for a minimum of 100 students. The program, which includes the glasses and trip, is estimated to cost around 4,200 ringgit per student. Devtar clarified that while the glasses are offering features like real-time translation and note-taking to enhance students educational experience.
